REO Liquidation & Asset Management

Brokers Price Opinion (BPO)

A licensed real estate agent analyzes a property details with properties currently listed and recently sold properties in the geographic area. The data analyzed is retrieved by the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as well as County Records

Current market conditions, trends and information about the location are used to establish the Brokers opinion of value for the property.
Standard forms or custom are available including property photos, comparable photos and local maping are standard configured according to client preference.

Automated Valuation Models (AVMs)
In a time-sensitive environment, quick and cost-effective collateral assessment is often needed. Whether for underwriting or for the loan officer’s on the front lines, EAM, AVM is an excellent tool to deliver an instant solution for that added level of confidence in the estimated value.

Custom Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and Current Market Analysis (CMA) reports
When a second opinion is necessary to support the appraisal value, an AVM may not be sufficient, and time or budgetary constraints don’t allow for a second appraisal, the Keystone BPO is a great solution. Without impacting the timeline, our broker network delivers quality interior inspections with the most up-to-date market information at a reasonable cost.

Hybrid Valuation Reports (HVRs)
Primarily used in the equity lending space, an HVR provides a USPAP compliant report which maintains the look and feel of a traditional drive-by appraisal for roughly half the cost. By incorporating a third-party inspection, the HVR reduces the due diligence expense and allows the appraiser to apply his expertise from the desk.
