A BPO report includes a site inspection (interior and/or exterior) along with neighborhood sales and listing information to determine the most probable value for the subject property. The initial steps include solving any address issues and validating, standardizing and geocoding each address. Our two technology-driven applications include data validation and our quality control rules engine. Broker's Price Opinion (BPO)

A licensed real estate agent analyzes a property details with properties currently listed and recently sold properties in the geographic area. The data analyzed is retrieved by the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as well as County Records Current market conditions, trends and information about the location are used to establish the Brokers opinion of value for the property.
